Sleek Design and Soundless

I am attached to this wine cooler! It has an elegant design that elevates the space you put it in. One of the biggest plus for me is that it is quiet! It is able to hold a good number of wine bottles in two different temperature settings, perfect for both red and white wines. You can also adjust the levels of the racks based on the size of your wine bottles. The set-up was a breeze and not complicated at all! Overall, love the product and highly recommend!

Great Value! Superb Quality!

I’ve had this wine fridge for over a year now and it continues to work and look great. The LEDs are aesthetically pleasing and it keeps my wines at the prescribed temperature. I highly recommend this product for any wine enthusiast!

High End Aesthetic

We love the way it looks in our kitchen, very high end. The Dual Zone feature is also nice. It does not fit 29 bottles as advertised.

Wine cooler not working be after one week. Error message. Awakened in the middle of the night to noise and and flashing lights. None of the buttons work. Called geek squad and they were unable to fix. After one week of owning.

Not a Two Zone!

We hare building a new home and were looking for a good, two-zone wine fridge. After months of looking, we settled on the NewAir 29 bottle two zone built in. It arrived this week. Looks pretty, especially with the blue-coloured lights. However, using my own digital thermometer reveals that the fridge is definitely not a two temperature zone appliance. I have the upper zone set to 9 Celsius and the lower zone set to 15 Celsius. My thermometer reveals the temperature to be the same in both zones......fluctuating between 12.7 and 12.9! This wine cooler was one of the more expensive options, so we selected it, hoping that “more expensive” would translate into better results. Not so! We have a two-zone wine fridge that offers just a single temperature result! I do not recommend this product!

Great product support

I purchased my wine fridge 2 months ago. It is a really stylish addition to my kitchen and I am very glad I decided to go with this model. There was however an issue after using it for a month - I reached out to the product support chat section where Alai was extremely helpful, asking the right question to diagnose the issue and promptly provided the support I needed!
