Great Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part of this oven is the side opening door. This feature really makes it easy to move dishes in and out. I'm still learning all the features, but so far it's been easy to cook what I wanted to, the way I needed to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Quality Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my new oven 2 times and on the 2nd use the oven made a loud metal on metal grinding sound! Turns out the fan in the rear of the unit wasn't set properly on the shaft and was grinding against the rear metal fan plate. I'm now waiting on parts to hopefully repair it. For an expensive appliance, I would never have expected the quality control to be so poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven of my dreams!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a second oven in my kitchen, and this one completely sold me with the side-swinging door option. I only wish it was also an air fryer, but otherwise it is the oven of my dreams!

Very good oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bakes to temperature; even bake; seems to get overly dirty for unknown reasons - clean function makes the inside of the door dirty with vertical streaks of greasy brown, and that needs addtional cleaning; not sure why middle of racks get greasy after baking in a tray. Also, bake function takes 9 mins to preheat to 350 temperature; convect bake is faster in preheating.

Love the sideways swing door

The temperature stays within 25° of target which is within expectation.
Minus one star for not having any internet connectivity.
