Works Great

Installed in mid October 2014 - cooks evenly, nice bell tone on timers, easy to use, bottom telescopic rack is very handy as is the side door. Also like the large cavity and window.

WOW!!! THIS IS A DREAM OVEN!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just did a kitchen renovation for the first time since we built our home. We did our research and decided on this built-in oven unit. I was excited about the ability to have the door open up to the right because I am vertically challenged. I do not have to worry about getting burned any more from reaching over the open door to get to the food. But more than that, the ease of cooking with this oven is so simple. We set the temperature and the time and the food is cooked to perfection. I use to enjoy eating out because nothing that I fixed came out like I thought it would. Now it does!!! The meat probe option lets you set the internal temperature and it then sets the oven temperature. It automatically starts and turns itself off when it is done. This is the easy street of cooking.

Beautiful and functional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we ordered this oven for our newly remodeled kitchen, there were very few reviews available, so I wanted to share our experience thus far. The only reason that we have given it four stars is that it is still relatively new. If I had to base it on the performance over the last few days, I would give it a 5. We were able to put it to hard use it for the first time over the holidays and I have been very impressed. We cooked a variety of items, from pies to turkey to vegetables, and used a number of features, including sensor probe, and Auto Chef on the microwave, with equally good results. This was our first time using convection heat, and we were impressed with how evenly and quickly it cooked foods. The Control Panel is very intuitive, and it unit is aesthetically very pleasing. We also love the side hinge, which made it so much easier to access food and will keep the oven so much cleaner, as nothing can get caught between the oven and a pull-down door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had oven a year mainly for side opening feature. Very slow to heat up and today for Fourth time it failed to register cook feature requiring us the turn off at breaker box as suggested by phone customer service first time it happened thus triggering factory settings to reset. Not sure it is true to temperature either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of the side opening door. I have a tight space and the left hand swing door feature works perfectly!. That feature as well as the telescopic rack really helps me feel more secure removing heavy items as I have had complete rotator cuff repair. I also love the quiet fan feature as my previous wall oven was so loud! I honestly am ecstatic over this appliance.

Electronic Nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this oven for only 4 months and it is not working...AGAIN...for the second time. The electronic panel had to be replaced 2 months after installation and broke again today. I love the side swing door and all the other features, but none of that matters if it doesn't operate. And while the warranty will cover the repair, it takes weeks for parts to arrive. Very frustrating!

Not worth the Money

The experience with this line has been a very big disappointment. We have had to replace the convection speed oven after using it two times and the Single Wall Oven electronic panal has had to be replaced twice and acting up once again.
Don't waste your time on these units they are not worth the money even though they look good.

The best Oven on the Market!!!
