Poor Quality Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my new oven 2 times and on the 2nd use the oven made a loud metal on metal grinding sound! Turns out the fan in the rear of the unit wasn't set properly on the shaft and was grinding against the rear metal fan plate. I'm now waiting on parts to hopefully repair it. For an expensive appliance, I would never have expected the quality control to be so poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part of this oven is the side opening door. This feature really makes it easy to move dishes in and out. I'm still learning all the features, but so far it's been easy to cook what I wanted to, the way I needed to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quick, quiet, and accurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the quality and performance. We use these in an open office layout, and even when the convection fan is running there is no audible noise. Preheating is quick, and so far at least the thermometer is quite accurate across the temperature range. 4/5, I would prefer if all of the controls were on soft keys, rather than a mix of soft and hard keys.

Replacing a 2007 year Bosch Wall Oven (BHBL5045) with failed hinges and no longer available parts, this wall oven offers side-opening door with simple design hinge point. I translate likely to prove more reliable than high stress bottom hinge door opening from the top. Oven appearance is pleasing. Ferguson's proved prompt in all aspects of Service and Installation

Bakes Beautifully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the side opening door; did have the Cafè double opening door, but this one I like even more. Bakes beautiful cakes.
Two cons: Timer volume is WAY too low; surely the intellect it takes to build one of these ovens could figure out how to turn up the sound. And the controls are too sensitive. I am constantly turning things on when I dust over the oven, or when I slightly brush against it as I'm using my microwave, which is over the oven.
Overall I do love the oven.

Swing door wall oven
