all I have wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two things I love in particular about this oven: as someone who uses a wheelchair, the side opening door is critical. But even better, the feature to bake six trays of holiday cookies at one time and have them brown evenly due to a back fan that evenly distributes the heat makes this invaluable!

BEST OVEN EVER

Recently we purchased an older home and did an entire gut job.
We purchased this over along with a dishwasher and refrigerator. The oven is amazing, easy to use state of the art and just LOVE the convenience of the side handle vs. pull at top. We get many compliments and the cooking is perfect.

Left swing oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a kitchen remodel, our main wish list item was a double oven. We decided on two ovens instead of a double unit and were thrilled when the salesman mentioned that we could have the upper oven open either left or right instead of down. Being of below normal height, I was worried about reaching into the upper oven to remove hot items. To our rescue was the left swing open oven. It is fantastic and everything is at the right height for me. I cannot recommend it strongly enough. It is fantastic!

Off to a bad start

The first time I used it the fan burnt out and now the clock is not keeping the correct time. I have only had the oven for less than two months. I also have a right opening oven (see review) and it has had

Hasn't worked yet

I have had the oven for less than two months and it has now broken for a fouth time. It came with a non-working fan. Then the glass in the door had to be replaced. The clock has stopped keeping the correct time and now the oven shuts off within five seconds of being turned on. What is troubling is that I also have the left opening door oven and it so far has two of the same problems.

The side-opening is the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has many features and works very well as advertised. My wife loves the side-opening door. She usually would burn her hand, wrist, forearm on the regular oven doors, but not once on the new Bosch!
We had heard that the Bosch ovens had a loud cooling fan, but ours is very quiet. You can hear the fan when in convection mode, but it's pretty quiet too. Great job Bosch!

Great Design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the side handle - it makes getting food in and out so much easier - this should be an option on all ovens and microwaves! The oven works very well with two minor issues: it is very slow to preheat and the timer is not loud enough to bother using. With those exceptions, I recommend it to everyone.
