I bought the combination steam oven option and honestly had no idea what I was buying but it sounded very cool. After only a month in our new home using the oven, I could not be happier with my decision. We are using the steam and steam/convection option weekly. From proofing dough to steaming vegetables and fish perfectly ..I'm beyond impressed. I wish there were more cookbooks out there for steaming, but I know it will eventually find its way to the US. I say go for it! You won't regret.

Baking At It's Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want to bake the perfect cookies, cakes and pies this is your oven. If you want your meats moist and tender, this is your oven. My favorite thing is to roast lamb chops in this oven. No matter what you bake, roast or broil you will not go wrong. I am going to be taking apart a brand new kitchen, just so that I can install this oven along with the steam oven. Once you have the Bosch experience you will not want anything else. Unfortunately my house won't be ready until June 2021. Counting down the days while I dream about my new Bosch Kitchen.

Love these ovens!

The convection oven's features and design are wonderful. We are going to cook more with these great appliances. Beautiful, sleek design for our kitchen.

Roasted my turkey in my new oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Thanksgiving turkey was golden and moist. BUT it takes a long time to preheat, so I pressed the fast pre-heat. Igets alittle confusing in that you have to know if you are pressing the button for lower oven. And make sure you know which one you are adjusting temps to.
After Thanksgiving I used the self- clean. You can only clean one oven at a time. So far so good. I refer to the booklet-manual to know what the other settings are. The customer service on the phone is personable. I much prefer a person than AI.
