Cooking Perfection with Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bosch Benchmark Dual Fuel Slide-In Range! With the gas top I have perfect control over the temperature and haven't had any spills during its first month! The oven bakes perfectly! And I love the griddle that makes perfect pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches and everything else! And the island trim makes it look like it was custom built-in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we love this range. My "only" issue is how sensitive the buttons are on the front panel. It is constantly beeping when you are cooking, or washing thing the panel. I know about the Panel Lock feature but, I wish there was a way to adjust the sensitivity.

All the features we where looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After compiling a list of all the features we wanted in our next range we where very pleased to discover that this range had all of them. Dual fuel, true convection, high heat burners, warming drawer, proofing mode. We thought we would have to compromise and where so happy to discover we didn't need to give up a thing. We've given it a good workout with cooking and baking and the only complaint is I wish the proofing mode would allow lower temperatures. The lowest temperate you can set (85° F) is actually at the high end of ideal for me. I would really like to be able to set the temperature as low as 70° with 75° - 80° being ideal.

Great looks and powerful cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven about a month ago and so far, so good. I would suggest some easy tweaks to make it more user friendly however. The oven timer doesn't allow for any input other than hours and minutes, so they should add ability to input seconds. Also, it would be nice to have a temperature readout for the Hi and Low broil feature. Again, simple, but useful programming changes to make it easier to use the oven.

The stove top cooking area is huge. Excellent!
