Excellent Range

The Benchmark series has a simple, clean look - we match most of our other appliances to it. The cook top heats pans really fast, this coming from a long running electric cooktop user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and ease of use. As a bonus it's both convection and/or conventional. The racks are super-sturdy for pulling out and loading heavy items (turkey, ham, casseroles, etc). I highly recommend reading (studying!) the manual to get optimum performance (especially as a convection oven). Easy to install and level (although we had an inspector certify the gas connection). BUT make sure all cabinet and countertop measurements and tolerances are precise for a nice tight fit and look. Also, CAUTION as the floor level warming tray is not heavy gauge stainless and can easily dent if you push it in carelessly (i.e. your foot!). All major brands have this same issue but I think Bosch could compete with the top end manufacturers if they would fix this with 16guage (or thicker) stainless just on that front drawer piece. Otherwise, this Benchmark IS a top end appliance!

Finally... Cooking with Gas Again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Turn it on and we're cooking... Turn it off and it stops... So tired of electric... Plenty of room on stove top... Produces variety of heat with 5 burners... People like the looks and ask what kind of stove we have... Learning to use the variety of oven modes... Works great with propane... Had to replace a burner nozzle not working right and fixed per warranty... Didn't think we would use the bottom warmer but we really like it now.

The touch screen is very sensitive, but it has a lock feature which is nice. I like the warming drawer. I just wish my fingerprints didn't show,

The stove burners are great—lots of power when we need it. Good solid grates—makes it feel like a professional stove. So far, the oven has been performing very well. I’m looking forward to using all the different settings.

Great Stove

We love this stove. It performs as advertised and is easy to clean. The grates are not reversable like my other one was. In moving them around I discovered that the stainless steel top is very easy to scratch. I am careful when I clean the stove but none the less, it is scratching. I do like how easy it is to keep clean though but am concerned what this will look like in a few years.
