Portable Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older portable that needed replacing. There isn't as much room on the interior as my last and the way the prongs are set up on the baskets make it a challenge sometimes to load. I wish dishwasher manufacturers had more choices for those of us who can not have a built in. It does run much quieter than my last one did.

Good dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this portable dishwasher long enough to review. It does a very good job. Like the amount of space inside for our dishes. The one hour wash is a little long but the reason is acceptable.

Once Fixed, So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived with water in bottom of appliance and the box was wet (my floor also). Plugged in, NOTHING, no lights, would not turn on. Called Whirlpool, they sent out appliance repairman within 6 days. A wire was cut too short and had come off. He repaired dishwasher and so far so good. I would note that the dishwasher leaves a lot of water on the tops of the dishes ( as noted in the manual). Unload bottom first.

New Washer Doesn't Dry

I purchased a brand new Whirlpool portable dishwasher and on normal wash with high temp heat dry it doesn't dry. I have to hand dry everything that comes out of it. The way the racks are laid out there's really no place to put plastic containers and lids where they don't blow all over the place and then fill with water. Compared to the portable Maytag that I had for 27 years, this is a piece of trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone who needs a portable. It moves very easily and is so very quiet when running. My wife loves the long utensil basket and how it is positioned on the side.
