Improvements needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I order this dishwasher through Lowe's in early Feb. 2017. Finally received it mid March. This unit is basically the same as the previous 24 inch Whirlpool dishwasher I purchased in 2007. I did notice, from the pictures of the unit on Lowes website, that it was basically the same as my previous Whirlpool dishwasher (which is why I chose this one) with one exception. The utensil tray was previously mounted in the door, was removable, and would unlatch to open the tray door for easy access. The new model is lacking this great feature!There are several issues I have with the new style: (1)the basket is placed in the bottom rack which takes up needed space to load extra dishes, (2)the tray is not tall enough to keep my larger utensils upright, (3)because of the lack of height and where I prefer to locate the tray on the bottom on the bottom rack, utensils become lodged between the door and tray, (4)there is no door to unlatch on the tray for easy access to shorter utensils.

Works Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have had no problems with this dishwasher, but we have only used it a half dozen times. It does a good job of cleaning and is quieter than the expensive built-in it replaced. Hopefully it will last longer, too.

my boyfriend buy november 2016 we very dispointed the no heat so not really sanitizer ,,and special the heat never work so every time i do dishes need to open it make it dry coz the heat and dry never work and for sure when its wash no heat means not safe ,,,

Good Dishwasher

So fair this machine cleans good and work excellent. The downside is that the hose that hooks to the faucet is short and I have to turn it around in order for it to work. Need a longer hose.
