Does a great job!

I just saw the reviews for this dishwasher which I’ve owned for a few years and thought I would add my opinion. I love this dishwasher! It does exactly what it’s supposed to do which is get my dishes totally clean. I use the one hour cycle and heated dry. Because it’s not built in it’s a little noisier but not bad. I run the hot water to get it hot before starting then hook it up and walk away. Because I’m having my kitchen redone, I’ve bought a built in but got another Whirlpool! Good solid product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Read and follow the instructions, buy premium diswasher detergent and rinse aid. Give the machine what it needs to do the work. I bake pies. I put my used pans in the washer after baking over a dozen pies. With left over sugar and crust this machine performed better than expected on the heavy and normal modes. I live in a typical NYC apartment, although I do not have a standard washer I'm fortunate to have enough room to store the unit in my living room until needed. My guest can't tell it's even there. I use cascade Platium detergent packs and rinse aid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No problem problem with cleaning my dishes but what I don't like is the door operation. When I pull the handle to open the door the plastic moves in the out. It seems flimsy and not enough strong to support every day puling of the door. I'm hoping the door doesn't crack the plastic over time.
