Nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had this a couple of weeks, it is nice for folks who can not have a built in dish washer, it does a pretty good job of cleaning we have done some pots and pans, glasses coffee cups of different size, We use cascade and finish rinse aid things come out clean, but on normal with heated dry some things were wet, the 1 hour cycle is a nice feature as the machine takes up a lot of room in our small kitchen, the connection hose is short, wish there were a way to extend the hoses with the one hour cycle things are wet at the end of the cycle so air drying is needed, the faucet connection is easy to hook up, and the machine rolls easy, the controls are very straight forward. all and all works well

Not like my old Whirlpool. What happened!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not heat the water to wash the dishes hot enough nor can my hot water heater deliver it to the unit. Doubtful it would work unless the water heater was under it. I have a tankless water heater. Buy a stationary dishwasher if you can. I ran mine once and the bottom rack started to rust. They call that cosmetic at Whirlpool. We replaced an older whirlpool with this almost useless unit.

Poor washing, and dishes are always wet or damp, I wouldn't buy this again!

Does not wash well

It's been about 2 years I have this product and it never washed well even when we rinse our stuff before putting it inside. The dishes plates are always wet also, this does not dry well at all. I don't like the spacing in they trays and the ustensils container is too close from the door wall, they can block the door easily when you close the door. Our product has been making weird noise a few months ago but now it is gone. It never worked well, I do not recommend this product. I bought it for my wife and she hate it. I would not buy this ever
again. It is easy to start the cleaning and that is the only good point.

1 hour wash is JOKE

This dishwasher is garbage. We call it the "all day rinser". The wash cycle goes on and on. Dishes are NEVER clean. Nor are they ever dry. The energy saving bologna just means this useless machine goes on all day and never does the job. I scrape off and still not clean. Not a useful machine. Isn't that what machines are for? to be useful?

Handy Dandy!

This is a great, solid appliance. It came in very handy in my small kitchen because I could store it in the side diningroom when not using. If using the cleaning agents properly, it cleans immaculately. I hold up my glasses to the light when done using & they are pristine. Those who left negative comments may not have purchased the proper cleaners or their water wasn't clean?
