Clone a Directv DVR External Hard

This is an awesome standalone Duplicator. I was able to clone my Directv External Hard Drive and it worked great. It only took a few hours. Im happy because I now have a backup of all my programs. Piece of mind having a backup of the Directv HD.
Awesome..... It still doesn't fix the issue if you put it on another receiver but happy I have a backup incase the HD dies and I loose all my shows..

Not for work

This device make a job done, for unfrequented use, but is you use it often It will be useless after 20 HD to SSD. and the process will take longer and longer until it failed.

Not so great afterall

Less than 1 year old dock, used many times. Recently the dock struggles to read the drives properly, the data is corrupt on occasion, but if I use the wavelink single dock it always works, I like the dock itself, but the longevity of it seem to be a failure. I tried the firmware update 3x on separate days but fails each time with config mismatch and since there is no way to tell what firmware is on the unit I think its just a bad one. And it is not hotswapable like previous kinds I have owned, if you pull a drive it disconnects both.
