My cooking efficiency has significantly increased after purchasing the vitamix. The cook time has also reduced so much. Everything blends so well and so quickly. I have made smoothies, batters and flours in just few minutes and don’t have to do it in small portions anymore. Wish I had bought this sooner in life as a busy mom

This is a fantastic blender. It gets the job done especially when making a frozen margarita! I purchased the smoothie container and bowl. Both work really well once they sync to the motor base. Sometimes it is difficult to seal them tight enough with arthritic hands. But I persevere. Also, the food processor attachment does a fabulous job. I needed ground nuts for Christmas baking and the task was accomplished in seconds. Beware, the blade is as sharp as they say!

So far loving my Ascent 2300. Definitely makes for creamier smoothy than my Ninja blender. I love how Vitamix tries to educate their users on how to use the product. The motor sounds very powerful and the canisters are very durable and sturdy.

We use this machine every day. Morning smoothies, protein shakes, soups etc… we are definitely satisfied with the performance of the vitamix. Kind of loud on full power. It’s manageable though. It’s a great and fun way to get your kids to eat veggies and fruits.

Did not meet my expectations. The blender heats up and smells of plastic. Cannot make thick purees, it needs water to blend. Not satisfied especially with the small 8 is jars. Doesn't fit well to the motor and is very painful to use!
