Bought the A2300 blender in Jan 2025. When it works, it works well. The RFID container recognition system is really bad. Sometimes it recognizes the containers and sometimes it doesn't. It recognized the food processor attachment only the first time I used it and then never again. It's been returned.
Pros: Durability, Easy to use, Versatility, Product features, Power

Hi, we are sorry to hear of your experience. Thank you for taking the time to provide us this feedback.
Love this! As someone who eats primarily plant based this blender is just what I needed to make all my vegan queso, dips, dressings and other yummy plant based foods.
Pros: Speed of Service, Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Versatility, Recipe Enhancement, Product features, Power
This has been one of our best purchases. We had basic blenders that couldn’t make a smooth smoothie or had plastic parts that didn’t hold up. Finally, we listened to everyone and bought our Vitamix. We have it on our counter and the white looks super clean.
It works like a charm, don't let those negative reviews about it being "too loud" stir you away" its beautiful And a blender with a powerful motor (It's going to cause some noise) It fits under my cabintry. Highly reccomend. Though vitamix could have honestly included a plunger that did not have the quality of a children"s plastic toy bat.
I’ve been yearning for a Vitamix for years and my 50 year old Oster finally gave up the ghost. I love my new Vitamix Ascent 2300. It’s strong and easy to use. I chose the Ascent 2300 because it fits in my appliance garage and has additional small jar and smoothie sized options for the containers. It is great and I would definitely buy it again. The way it disappoints me are: 1. It only comes with the largest (64 ounce) container, which I have never used because it’s way too large. But it meant that I had to buy the medium sized container and the cups and smoothie containers separately which increased the cost significantly. 2. I haven’t been able to figure out the sweet spot for chopping herbs or nuts in the small containers, so that they are chopped, but not smashed to smithereens. 3. The hand strength needed to tighten the containers sufficiently to make the machine work is considerable. I am 70 and pretty strong for normal 70-year-old woman, but I struggle opening and closing. I have found that I can use the torque on the machine to slightly start opening or finish closing, and that seems to help tremendously. 4. The small containers and smoothly containers don’t stack. They should. 5. I haven’t figured out the sweet spot for keeping a smoothie cold. I use ice, but it seems to need a long enough mixing time that the ice melts and the smoothie becomes warm. Not sure how to prevent that. Hopefully I will figure it out! 6. Lastly, aligning the minuscule, Hard-to-find-and Hard-To-See, arrows on the container and the to the base is way too difficult! Color them, or Make them bigger, or put them on all of the edges not just the one that’s the hardest to see when your container is full of liquid!
Pros: Programability, Easy to use, Versatility, Product features, Power
Purchased this then learned about vacuum blending is much healthier, produces better quality smoothies and taste better. I may return this and unfortunately go with another company that offers vacuum blenders. I really wish Vitamix will come out with a vacuum blender in the future. More people are learning about it and realizing it’s the way to go. Please Vitamix consider it for your customers. What I don’t like about this blender is that it always needs help. I can’t just put it on and walk away. It will either get stuck and need me to use the spatula to maneuver or I have to add more liquid to help it get going. Never had to do this with my Ninja as the blade was completely different .

Hi! At this time, Vitamix does not have plans to release a vacuum blender. Although we cannot guarantee that a vacuum blender will be in the works, we will absolutely pass this feedback along to the appropriate department as a suggestion. We are constantly adding new products, so please check back in the future for new developments!
