I've owned this for about 2 months, and I've made smoothies (daily), soups, ice cream, and hummus. It's honestly miraculous. I bought this to up my health game, and it's completely changed how I eat - making a healthy smoothie or dip takes minutes, and the clean-up is unbelievably simple.

Doesn't seem to blend as well as my old Vitamix did, the motor died on it after the Warrenty period though so I decided to try a new one. Its okay, but honestly seems like a really regular blender for the price.

Thank you for being a loyal Vitamix customer. The A2300 comes with a low profile 64 oz container that requires 3-4 cups of ingredients for a successful blend, which may be more than you were used to in your old Vitamix. Please call 1-800-848-2649 for further assistance.
I bought my Vitamix because a friend recommended it to me. I have been able to mix all of my muffin, protein bars and protein drinks with great success. It makes baking easier and I get to have the best smoothies in town.
I can't say enough good things about this blender! I absolutely love it! I use it just about everyday to make either, Smoothies, or Frappe's! No more buying expensive coffee drinks from the chain stores anymore!

I don’t understand all the differences between them all, but this has been an awesome experience. I love that no matter what I throw at it, it takes it and grinds it up. The power is amazing, my husband always says “I bet it could grind a 2x4”. Lol and it probably could

I bought the A2300 for a $150 off at a large box store. I was excited to have one machine instead of my Pro750 and S30 for the travel cups. The machine is fine as it does what it is supposed to do, but I wish I had kept my Pro 750 and bought the adapter or bought the A3300/A3500. My wife and I both find that the start switch is far finickier than I like. It takes a couple of hits of the button to get it to go because I didn't hold it down for a full second where my Pro750 just started with a quick flip of the switch. And it is a lot louder than the Pro 750 was.

my wife and I purchased a Ninja about 5 years ago, thinking that it would suffice as we didn't think it was worth spending 3-4 times the price on a Vitamix. After using the Ninja a few times, I was frustrated with its inability to smoothly crush/blend ice and frozen fruits, and it was a pain to clean and use with no tamp. I started thinking about how my parents purchased a "classic" Vitamix 15 or so years ago, and it still runs to this day with no issues, and makes the best smoothies I've had. Add to that, Smoothie King uses the Vitamix to church out some of the best smoothies ever. All this real life experience, reviews posted by Vitamix owners, and their 10 year warranty on Ascent series led me to purchase the A2300 in June of this year. We have used it countless times a week to make tomato soup, smoothies, milkshakes, nut butters, hummus, and it has never disappointed us. The only thing is you have to read directions and make sure you use enough liquid and put the ingredients in the proper order, or you'll have some trouble blending things properly. This especially holds true with the 20 oz container/blender base kit (sold separately), which is worth the money BTW if you're only making smoothies/milkshakes for 1 or 2 people. I can't rave enough about this blender. Yes it does cost a pretty penny, but it is worth it and I have confidence that this kitchen appliance will be in our kitchen for many years to come! Can't wait to make baby food with it one day :)
