Nutrient dense meals are way easier now! Our old ninja professional series stopped at the 3 yr Mark. Couldn’t keep up with smoothies and more frozen/dense ingredients. The Vitamix blazes right through the ingredients and makes them finer compared to the ninja. Clean teeth post smoothie is a perk!

Can't go wrong with any model of Vitamix. This one is simple to use. When my small one cup chopper died, I didn't need to replace it as there are small cups you can get for this model that do the chopping and mixing that I need.
