I bought my Vitamix A2300 a couple weeks ago on Prime Day, and I have used it 1-2 times a day since. It works so much better than my old beloved Ninja blender/food processor, and with the 10-year warranty, I shouldn't have to replace it every 2-3 years like I did with the Ninja. So far I have made smoothies, chopped vegetables and bacon for a pasta dish, and pureed liver (gross!) to add to ground beef to boost our iron levels (no one could tell the difference). I can't wait to use it for soups. All the seeds and greens I have added get pulverized so well and so quickly, which is great for helping us get more nutrients into our bodies, especially with my kids. This blender can do a lot of processing as is, but I do plan to buy the food processor attachment and maybe the individual smoothie cups in the near future.
I love this machine! I used to own a Vitamix before separation; and finally decided to get myself a new one now that I am on my own. Best decision I have made! Plus, I purchased the new food processor which goes on the base of the A2300. It is truly a 'dream machine'!
I purchased this a year ago I have no complaints it lives on my counter with my other vitamix I use this daily with no issues I would not recommend this blender if you have arthritis it can be a little hard to make sure the machine starts completely but other than that issue this is a great product
Pros: Programability, Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Versatility, Product features, Other
I bought my A2300 two months ago as a trade in for a 10+ year old VitaMix, and I am very happy with the purchase! I have made smoothies, almond butter, soup, and tahini sauce and all worked very well, just as I expected. I had to use the tamper for most of these, and be conscientious of other important tips/tricks to achieve successful blends (for example, filling the container up to a minimum volume, or else it wont blend well). I look forward to making new recipes that I find on the internet or from VitaMix, including making dough and flours, and frozen desserts.
Pros: Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Power
This is my first “big girl” mixer and I have really loved it so far. I got it mainly to make smoothies, soups and sauces and it has been wonderful. No more chunky green smoothies for me!
Pros: Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Versatility, Power
I received this as w wedding gift two weeks ago and have used it at least once every day since. It crushes ice and frozen fruit easily, and I was impressed by the hot soup it made. It came with some really great recipes. We also bought the blending cups and bowls for smaller blends and they work great as well. The blender is quite loud but you don't have to run it for more than a minute for most things.
