Great blender! I upgraded from the 5200 and the wider container is nice for blending without the tamper. The blending strength seems to be the same and it is as or slightly louder than the my old 5200 was. Overall the A2300 is a nice upgrade, I knew I didn't need the programs so the A2300 was fine for my needs.

Unbelievable, simply the best. I have never used any blender this much. I am a novice to smoothies but I have really impressed myself and my family. Drinking something healthy for a change. You can't go wrong with a vitamix, I'm sold.

Saved my Christmas Eve!

This is my first Vitamix. I was tired of cycling through smaller cheaper blenders. When I saw that the good processor attachment is coming out, I decided that it was time to splurge (I don't have one yet. I have been practicing my smoothies and soups. I tried a tahini and I make my own dressings. I love making whole fruit juices rather than using the juicer (I have that machine)
But tonight on Christmas Eve, my small food processor stopped working! I was preparing to make several batches of bliss balls for Christmas. I remembered reading that I could make doughs and chop things in my Vitamix so I looked it up in my little book and watched a pizza dough video on the website. My bliss balls are in the refrigerator and I am ready for Christmas!
I love the power and sharp blades and versatility. I don't find it too loud, but my granddaughter does. It is very easy to clean and I use it almost everyday for 3 months now. I can't wait to start adding accessories!

I always liked chia seeds in my veggie drinks but hated the grit. My Vitamix grinds them up completely into my drinks. What a difference. I love my Vitamix!

This blender is so easy to get smoothie right and very versatile. The most motivating factor to buy a vitamix was i really want a blender that can make ice slush and nut butter. I have tried other cheaper brand but they all didn't turn out well in these categories. This is the best choice I have ever made on a small kitchen appliance. Love it!
