Don't know how we lived without it before. It is working every day. My cashew cheese sauce has never been smoother and the recipes on the App are amazing especially the garlic cashew sauce yummmm!!!

I used to use the cheaper blenders arhat would burn out every year or two. They never got my smoothie to the same velvety smoothness as the professional smoothie shops. Now with the vitamix, I can put whatever I want in my smoothies (kale, chia seeds, berries) and not have any bumps or unblended pieces in my smoothie. Also, absolutely loving that in 6 minutes I can have hot, velvety tomato soup using simple ingredients and it tastes amazing!

I had a vitamix in the past, which I sold because it was just to cumbersome to use. This is definitely an improvement. I can leave the unit on the countertop at all times and easily store the container. It is the container, however, which cost it a star. Given a choice, I would never have purchased it. I would have much preferred one of the other options. Yes, I can still purchase any of those, but then I have this 64 oz monster taking up much needed space.

I do not like the changes to the pitcher and it seems louder than my older one I had for 15 years. Also, the lid being plastic rather than rubber seems more likely to break. Not sure why these changes were made.
