I have had 2 previous massage cushions from HoMedics. I like the new design, but do not like that it doesn’t turn off automatically. I just noticed that after turning on massage and heat and turning off massage the heat stayed on and I needed to also turn that off separate from massage button. Also the heat button does not light up as my previous model. I find these missing options my lead to me forgetting to turn off and excess electric usage as well as safety concerns with overheating.

Heat does not work!

I purchased this item to give as a Christmas present. Massage worked as expected but the heat did not work at all. I sent the item to Homedics for a replacement. Took about six weeks, but I finally received the item today. Once again, massage function is working but there is no heat. Very disappointing.
