I've had a homedic vibratator for years. I don't know about the newer ones but mine has lasted years. The reason, evidentally, is the time limit suggested in the origiinal brochure and the timer on my cushion. RECOMMENDED use, once a day for 15 min. I am a faithful user since I have degerative disc desease. I sleep better and my hurting level lowers a lot.

Inexpensive Relief!

My husband bought this for my office chair at work! It has a gentle massage that isn’t too intense and the heat setting is perfect. I have chronic back pain, degenerative discs, nerve pain, and sitting can become very uncomfortable. This provides brief relief and was inexpensive. I would highly recommend this product. I have other devices that are more expensive for home and this one is perfect for work!

I'm now in my car. Took the cushion out of the box to test out. Tried both settings, decided to stay on low...with the heat. Massage and vibrations to upper, mid and lower back, hips and buttocks... I'm in heaven ...

I bought this a month ago for back pain and the vibrations and heat are very nice. The only problem I have with it are the placement of the controls. I think they should be on a separate control cord instead of being built into the cushion behind your back where they are hard to reach for adjustment in. This is the only problem I have with it.
