Great product, provides pain releif

We got this about 10years ago, it is still going and provides relaxation and relief. A gentle invigorating massage in morning helps me get going for the day, and before bedtime helps relax tired legs
I was forced into a store credit due to a recall on one of the other products, best thing that could have happened. Noisy, but relaxing. Downside, water has to be already at desired temp.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this about two years. I would pull it out more if the spinning thing had ever worked. If I had known I would have exchanged. My feet ok after words but better if spinning messaging thing worked.
Purchased this one to replace the one my husband bought me two years ago. I love the spinning brush on this model (which is what wore out on the old one). I do wish the spinner lasted longer.
I was excited to see the extra features on it! I just got it today but I've bought this brand before and know it is going to be all that I wanted and more.
I received my item but two things. The heat option produces cold water and does not get warm. And I received two pedicure massagers but no brush. I would still would recommend but was just a little disappointed.

We are sorry to hear this. The heat option will help to maintain the temperature of the water placed inside the unit. The footbath will not heat cold water. For a warm water massage, fill unit with warm water.
