Does not keep warm

As the other comments stated, the water gets cold quickly! My fiance got me this for Christmas and I was so excited to use this! However, I was really disappointed to find that the water gets cold after less than 10 minutes when it claims to heat the water. I realize that the company states that it does not heat, rather keeps the water the same temperature, but it does not even do that. It becomes very cold within minutes. The massaging tools and jets are relaxing, but I don't keep my feet in the water for very long with cool temperatures.

Awful product.

I set up,the footpath following the instructions. As soon as I turned it on, all the water started flooding out the bottom and forming a lake on my floor. By the time I cleaned up there was hardly any water left in the unit. There were no obvious physical problems with the bath, but I couldn't use it at all and will be returning it.

High hopes, but disappointed in durability.

My wife bought this more me as I was having issues with ingrown toenails. Right away, I realized wither the heating system did not work or it was woefully inadequate. After two sessions the bubble feature stopped working and after about a half dozen uses, no features worked at all and only the lights came on after being plugged in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Heat!

I bought this to soak my feet every morning in WARM water. The heat doesn't work! I used to have one that heated that I used for years. I used to start it with warm water and go to the kitchen and make breakfast. I would come back to warm water. I did this with this machine and came back to COLD water even though it started out very warm before I left. Very disappointed! I am returning it.

Heat Doesn’t Work

Box says “Spa Footbath WITH HEAT” but the heater on this thing is totally ineffective. It won’t heat room temperature water, and pre-heated water goes cold within minutes. HoMedics acknowledges on these reviews that it won’t heat water, but claims that it will help keep pre-heated water warm... THAT IS NOT HOW SCIENCE WORKS. If a heater doesn’t provide enough output to heat room temp water to a noticeable degree, the output likewise will not be sufficient to maintain warm water to a noticeable degree. As an engineer turned lawyer, this bogus claim by HoMedics is absolutely infuriating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear this. The foot spa contains a heating element that helps to maintain the temperature of the water placed inside the foot spa. It will not heat cold water. HoMedics has foot spas that will heat cold water. These foot spas are labeled "With Heat Boost". Please return the product to the place of purchase if it does not meet your needs. Hey Homedics, if you pair a “heating element that will not heat water” with a forced air bubble feature, guess what’s going to happen to your water temperature? Its also pretty lame to claim that the double insulation helps keep water warm when the exposed surface area of the water and the amount of air being forced through it could probably cool down liquid inside a yeti. Bought it today and will be returning it tomorrow.

Horrible product that leaks

I am on my feet up to 10 hours a day and got this to help relax. The first use was okay except it make an awful racket when the bubble or jets are on. On the second use there was no heat and it leaked everywhere soaking the carpet. I tested it out in the kitchen a third time and almost all the water leaked out in 10 minutes. I would not recommend this product to anyone and am surprised to still see it being sold.
