[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was gifted a 2-pc Freeform Summer 2025. We travel a lot! The carryon is perfect for keeping up with my pilot. This baby has plenty of space, is lightweight, and rolls like a dream. I’ve had other brand hard cases break in the past. (If your man buys crummy luggage, dump both.) Samsonite is quality and flexible so it won’t snap or crack or break your heart. 👍

Amazing luggage. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is both cases are missing pull tabs on the zippers inside the case.

Thank you for your feedback! The zippers on the lining intentionally do not have pull tabs as they aren't intended for consumer use. Because our luggage carries a ten-year warranty, we include a zipper just in case we need to repair the handle system or wheels. That way, we don't ruin the lining while doing so. My daughter asked for this suitcase as a Christmas gift. She decided she wanted a Samsonite because of their reputation for making quality luggage. She received the suitcase prior to Christmas so she could use it for a trip. She flew to Chicago O’Hare on December 21, 2022. She retrieved the suitcase from the luggage carousel only to discover it was damaged after only one use. We are very disappointed.
