Scuffs and Scratches After One Trip

I bought the medium and large Freeform to use on our trip to Hawaii. The two suitcases are scraped, scratched, gouged and look awful after one airline trip! I bought the burgundy color thinking it would not show marks but I am certainly beyond disappointed. I will only use these two pieces for car trips as I don’t think they would survive another trip through baggage handling at an airport. I also had problems with the locks! I would recommend not buying!

Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed because asked for this suitcase as a gift and after using 3 times, the handle gets stuck and the outside is very scrapped and scuffed. I previously used a Samsonite for years and I was really excited to use this. Now I feel badly that I asked my family member to buy this for me and I don't want to use it. The outside looks terrible and it's difficult to push the handle up and down.

Could not be more pleased

I bought this for a two week trip through Europe that included wheeling this through airports, train stations, and trains. I easily handled two weeks of clothes without the need to expand. I am a fairly old guy, but I could pull this plus my partner's, heavier bag. It's tough, good looking, and easy to move. You can't ask for more. Its built in combination lock was a lot more convenient than my partner's padlock. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight, Stylish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the style and numerous features of the luggage. The expandability of the luggage is great for when you need extra space clothes or any other personal items. Right away when I took these out of the box the quality and overall feel was fantastic. I love the spinner luggage style, this one in particular felt very nice to roll on two or four wheels. The suitcase seems to be very durable and I can't wait to see how it performs over a long period of time. Great job Samsonite

Zipper Teeth Broke Split on Second Trip

Use for Business and personal. Zipper Split apart the second time I used it. Just doesn't feel durable. This might be one of the lower end hard models but never expected this.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Bad Zippers, Poor Quality
