Lightweight and beautiful. The rollers are very flexible and smooth. They just picked up scratches easily. But I can't blame them since you have no control over what is done to them as checkin bags.

Great wheels

I purchased this set September of 2024. It’s been on 6 trips since then. Very study and easy to maneuver. My only gripe is it scratches easily. The front of my luggage had deep scratches after one trip.

Cheap and hard to roll

I bought the 28 large after looking at all the reviews and comparing suitcases. The suitcase is extremely hard to roll and the handle is flimsy and doesn’t have many adjustment heights. It is awkward and seems a lot cheaper than it looks online. I would not buy again and plan to return my unused 21/28 combo purchase.

The product is solid, however there are very few airlines you can actually take this bag as a carry on due to its slightly larger dimensions. I believe calling this bag a "carry on" is a misnomer. I would not have purchased it had I realized how few airlines actually accept a bag this size as a carry on. But I should have researched that myself in the first place.
