Lightweight and beautiful. The rollers are very flexible and smooth. They just picked up scratches easily. But I can't blame them since you have no control over what is done to them as checkin bags.

Navigating Convenience, Scratching Concerns

I recently used this luggage during our 2-week trip, having used it only twice. The luggage is easy to navigate, which I found particularly convenient. I chose the white color after reading some reviews that mentioned it easily gets scratched, thinking that it might not be as noticeable. However, I was disappointed to find that, despite its color, the luggage accumulated quite a few scratches after just two uses as a carry-on. I wish they could improve the scratch resistance to better maintain the appearance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great size, poor quality

This was exactly the size I was looking for but unfortunately, the zippers broke in two separate instances. Customer service was great and helpful (and issued refunds/replacements twice) but wish this suitcase worked out.

Beware! Scuffs Easily!!!!

I bought this luggage less than a year ago and it immediately scuffed with my first trip. This is only from normal wear and tear traveling. I’m super disappointed because I had another set of samsonite that lasted me probably about 8 years but that style was discontinued but just assumed that all their products are great and was sorely mistaken by this line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

misrepresentation, it does not measure 31 inches in any which way but it filters as a 31" extra large. It is only a large. The dimensions on the website are incorrect

Too tall to meet carry-on limits.

Nice bag, but an inch too high for latest carry-on requirements on most international flights, primarily because of the large wheels.
