I bought this a month ago to replace an older and very reliable samsonite model. I have found out it only meets the carry-on size limits for one domestic carrier. I now have to check this luggage in if I want to bring it home.

I bought this in 2023 and have used it 3-4 times...its already really scratched up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was a no-brainer to get this one, since I loved the smaller version, and it hasn't disappointed! Lots of room, easy to move around.

I purchase the freeform 2 in navy and the large luggage while on my first trip lost a corner guard. i have yet received any contact on where to send it to get it fixed.

Good with a caveat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it for two trips so far. It packs easily, and moves smoothly. My biggest complaint, though, is that it’s difficult to open and put on a luggage rack. It wants to slip off a standard luggage rack, and since contents are shared with two sides, one side always has to be lifted up. I suppose this is standard for a hard-side case, but it’s not easy to deal with.
I would recommend this to a friend!
