[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suitcase looks good, but it scrated within the first hour I go it, after the first travel I regretted my purchase, all scratched. I do not recommend

Disappointed in exterior durability

I like the luggage, but I expected the exterior to hold up better. After only one use traveling via airplane there are numerous scuffs and abrasions. I was hoping it would like nice for a longer period of time. I find this unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

light weight, broken in 1st trip

I bought this carryon in black color. It is light weight, but the folding stipe broken in my 1st trip. very disappointed. It supposes to have 10-year warranty, but I already thru away the tag came with, don't know what to do.
