After one trip through baggage claim, Multiple dings, scratches all corners and sides. Doubt it will hold up long compared to other manufacturers. Understand checked baggage gets knocked around a lot, didn’t expect this

pull-out telescoping handle is a real problem

The suitcase itself looks fine, but the pull-out telescoping handle is a real problem. It doesn’t open or close smoothly at all—you have to shake it around and fight with it just to get it to lock into place. Every time we use it, it feels like a struggle. For something as basic and important as the handle, this is really disappointing and makes travel more frustrating than it should be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
