This is my 3rd Samsonite garment bag purchase and with each successive purchase the quality seems to have declined. This bag appears to have an open seam at the top near the hook that I am afraid is going to tear with use. The bag arrived in a poor condition box as well.
Cons: Weak Seams

The zipper and seam broke before I could even use it the first time. The break happened when I was packing for my trip. It was disappointing to not even get to use the bag one time. I will be returning it. Samsonite's older verisons of garment bags were made better and with better materials.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Bad Zippers, Poor Quality, Weak Seams

Riveted labeled came off the FIRST time I used the bag=HOLES

I ordered this online while on vacation... it arrived when I returned home. I unpackaged it and put it away. I used it this week for our anniversary trip. We're home now... as I unpacked to do laundry... I see two very semetrical holes in the front of the piece. Upon closer examination I realize that the metal label that's rivoted on is gone... leaving behind holes. Totally disappointed.
