Amazing luggage. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is both cases are missing pull tabs on the zippers inside the case.

Thank you for your feedback! The zippers on the lining intentionally do not have pull tabs as they aren't intended for consumer use. Because our luggage carries a ten-year warranty, we include a zipper just in case we need to repair the handle system or wheels. That way, we don't ruin the lining while doing so. Great design and quality features. The color was very disappointing. Totally different than pictured. I bought the sage and it looks evergreen in the pictures but is light green, almost mint.
