Too Big for Carry On

I purchased this a while ago and have since had issues with airlines not allowing it for carry on due to the larger than accepted size for this. Very disappointed that it does not comply with many airline carriers. And it is so expensive as well. It's too bad because I do like my set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have gone through a lot of luggage. With the old ones, the wheels that start wobbling after one trip, handles that get stuck halfway up, and zippers that seem to have a personal vendetta against my fingers. So, when I say I’m actually excited about a piece of luggage, that’s saying something. I bought the Freeform Medium for a trip to Brazil, and I was very happy with it. It is ridiculously light. I’m a notorious over-packer (I like to have "options"), and even with my heaviest shoes and a spare jacket shoved in there, I was still under the airline weight limit. That never happens to me.
The 360-degree spinner wheels are a game changer. I’m not the most graceful person, and I usually end up crashing into ankles in crowded airports, but these wheels glide so smoothly that I actually felt like I was in control for once. It kept up with me when I was sprinting to a connecting gate and didn’t tip over once.
Additionally, physically it can handle a "beating", it doesn't show dirt or scratches easily, which is a major plus if you're paranoid about your luggage looking trashed.
I’m very particular about organization, and the cross-straps and the divider panel actually held my clothes in place. Usually, I open my suitcase at the hotel to find a disaster zone, but everything stayed crisp and folded. I also love that it expands, I definitely needed that extra inch of space for the souvenirs I swore I wasn't going to buy.
If you are looking for that "sweet spot" between a bulky checked bag and a too-small carry-on, this is it. It feels premium without being precious. I’m actually looking forward to my next trip just so I can use it again, which is probably the highest praise I can give a suitcase. I highly recommend this.
