Zipper Broke on first flight

I bought this earlier this month for a trip to LA. On one trip it received a lot of scratches which doesnt bother me, but the zipper which goes into the lock was bent on its maiden voyage. So on the return flight home I had to use a lock I picked up to keep the luggage securely locked shut. The suitcase itself works great, but a hard plastic instead of metal zipper on the outside of the suitcase is a major flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sturdy and easy to roll. TSA lock was a little difficult to change the combination to but it is nice to have. Disappointed that even though it is labeled as an international carry-on size it is too big for Delta carry-on but they have the dimensions listed so just be sure to check what your airline restrictions are
