Don’t buy this it’s too expansive which is expected to be decent or somewhat decent quality… but it’s just a big disappointment… shame

Disappointed with the quality. Took this carry on luggage on a long weekend trip to New Orleans and the plastic is looking chewed up and is marked from simply rolling it to and from the airport and through security. I bought this for this trip and for an upcoming trip to South Africa and I am worried if it will even last.

I had a Freeform for four years that unfortunately got stolen. I shopped around for a month trying to find a new carry-on. I looked at all the trendy new brands and wanted them, they were plenty sexy, but I kept coming back to the Freeform. It's lightweight, I never had any damage issues with my old one, it's international size on the outside but somehow it has larger interior capacity than those sexy competitors, plus it expands. It's everything I was looking for. The only thing I needed to get past was that I don't love the one interior pocket. I'd love a better organizational system inside.

Love the color. I needed a new carry on suitcase for work trips and I just tried this one out and its great. Just enough room for a few days. I love the separate zipper pocket so I can keep my shoes separate. It also wheels very nicely and the handle is at good heights.

One of the wheels fell off after two uses. The suitcase is a little over 30 days old and it’s already broken. Now I have to go out of my way and pay to get it fixed.
