I did not keep it. Purchased this same luggage twice and both were very noticeably used and damaged and subsequently returned. With such poor quality control, I won’t be purchasing luggage from this site anymore.

Not the quality I expected

Expansion zipper broke on first use. Plastic is soft and was very scratched and scuffed from one trip. Won't let me return for money back which I understand is the policy but was hoping for an exception given quality concerns. Expected better from Samsonite especially because the Amazon Basics suitcase I replaced was 10x as durable and 1/2 the cost.

I ordered it in color navy and when I got to the hotel where I received it, everything was right but the color. It was black and I really need it that day and wanted in navy because I have the other sizes in that color. So Unfortunately I couldn’t send it back and I had to keep it in black. If I knew there weren’t navy, I wouldn’t have bought it
