This is by far the best luggage I have ever had. I travel a lot for work and the wheels are top shelf. The handle is perfect and the hard side is a must have. Buy this with confidence and get on with traveling knowing your suitcase with be 100% safe and protected from weather, people and bag carts.

Quite pleased with it overall. The spinner wheels make it incredibly easy to maneuver, and the interior compartments are well-designed and spacious. My only critique is that the shell could be a bit sturdier; it feels slightly softer than some other options on the market.
However, this has not caused any issues thus far and I am still very happy with my purchase. Overall, I would give the Samsonite Freeform Carry-On Spinner a solid 4 stars.

Lightweight, sturdy, high capacity. I was afraid it would be flimsy or not fit in the overhead compartment. I was receiving conflicting dimension information and I can confirm it fit easily in Delta domestic flight overhead compartments. It feels durable and easy to maneuver. I loved taking it through the airport!

I love the look, color and the wheels, unfortunately I'm disappointed in the quality. Just one trip, the very 1st trip, the logo/plague already cracked and luggage is showing scratches :( While my son's Ricardo carry-on (much cheaper) still looks brand new on its 5th trip...so we know it's not airlines neglect or whatever the warranty says abt wear & tear...it's just Samsonite Freeform quality is not up to par.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This suitcase was very beautiful, and I wished I could’ve kept it, but there was a problem with the lock. I could never even open the suitcase to see the inside. But I had seen the inside in a store. I ended up buying another Samsonite suitcase and returned this one but if the lock had been OK, I would’ve kept this one as it was exactly what I was looking for.
