I felt like I could fit everything I needed into it, including workout gear, plenty of shoes, and jackets for when I was cold. First time use and already scratched

So frustrated that my brand new bag already has scratches on it after the first time using it. I purposely used it as a carryon so that it wouldn't get tossed around. My first flight had limited overhead space and had to valayed. That was all it took!
Pros: Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Lightweight
Cons: Poor Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
