Disappointed with the quality. Took this carry on luggage on a long weekend trip to New Orleans and the plastic is looking chewed up and is marked from simply rolling it to and from the airport and through security. I bought this for this trip and for an upcoming trip to South Africa and I am worried if it will even last.

Easy to get scratched!

This luggage is light weight and easy to roll around. Aside from this, if you plan to check-in this luggage, make sure you got a luggage cover. My 21'' luggage got several scratch after its first flight. Very disappointed to see it happened.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Poor Quality, Tears Easily, Weak Seams

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as part of an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. The suitcase is fine and is built well. However the biggest problem was how the color I ordered did not at all resemble the color I recieved. My boyfriends loves the dark green/british racing green/forest green schemes. So when I saw it on the samsonite page in the sage green, I was beyond ecstatic that I found a nice little carry-on in his favorite color. That feeling abruptly ended when he unboxed it. The color I received was matte and pastel like, and more blue than green (shown below). He said it was fine and alright but once I showed him the actual color on the website that I thought I had ordered, he agreed with me that it wasn't the same color at all. The color is definitely false advertising Otherwise the suitcase is fine. If I had known this is how the sage green actually looked like, I wouldn't have ordered it.

Love the suitcase. Do not love the anxiety produced by being unable to open the suitcase for an entire day. Customer service rep helped, but my husband solved the problem by giving the latch an extra strong push, which opened it. The "instructions" (which were inside the locked suitcase) are ludicrous. It's a drawing of the latch and lock with red arrows indicating which way to push the lock. NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. No help with changing lock code. Just go to u-tube videos. Sampsonite is an icon of luggage. Surely they could produce a comprehensible set of instructions.
