One of the wheels fell off after two uses. The suitcase is a little over 30 days old and it’s already broken. Now I have to go out of my way and pay to get it fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought two bags. One is defective and customer service had me jump through hoops to return product. Sent them photos and info as requested. To date they have not responded. (Two weeks). Not impressed!

It’s been 2 years and 6 trips after they are still strong. We are a family of 4 and I chose white , we get so many compliments . You would think that they get dirty fast but they really not . Very happy with my choice .

It was black and I really need it that day and wanted in navy because I have the other sizes in that color. So Unfortunately I couldn’t send it back and I had to keep it in black.
