The medium LOOKS like it couldn't be much bigger, but when you start to fill it up, whoo wheee it easily accommodated 1 wk of diverse changes of clothes, toiletries, and even a bottle of wine, all ~44lb total. Great bag.

Sturdy, super light, interior is a simple shell, very few pockets/dividers, except there is a zipper compartment that separates the top of the clam shell to prevent your stuff from all flying out when opening the bag. Just wish the handle was a little longer, it's a little strain for tall people maintaining posture while holding on to the handle.
