Only downside was I had to look up how to use the lock because the instructions were placed inside the *locked* bag. LOL

Disappointed in exterior durability

I like the luggage, but I expected the exterior to hold up better. After only one use traveling via airplane there are numerous scuffs and abrasions. I was hoping it would like nice for a longer period of time. I find this unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
