Bad Material;severely scratched After Single Trip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am strongly disappointed by the quality and durability of a Samsonite suitcase I recently purchased. After just one use, the exterior of the suitcase is severely and fully scratched. The material appears to be of very poor quality, and based on its current condition, it is clear that this luggage will not last more than three or four trips.
The level of cosmetic and structural degradation after a single journey is unacceptable for an expensive brand like Samsonite. I will not buy it again nor recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great luggage and strong but it is heavy itself so I can take less items than my original. Zipper broke after the first week but it can still take a punch from airlines.

This one was allowed to carry on while other travelers with similar sized bags had to gate check. The expandable section allows for easy closure. TSA locks is nice peace of mind.
