Terrible material

This suitcase is stylish and lightweight. However, after just one use it was completely scratched up and dirty. The salesman stated that it cleans easily and that was the main reason we purchased it. I tried cleaning it but barely anything came off. The outer material is not sturdy like other samsonite suitcases. It is highly prone to dirt and scratching. I expected better quality since my other samsonite luggage is great and doesn't get scraped up or dirty as much. Such an expensive bag... I wish I could return it!

Cons: Poor Quality

This is a gift for a friend who is retiring. She loved it and I hope she will have many happy years using it. It has some nice features, like a built in lock and a place to tuck the zipper handles to keep them from breaking off.

Misleading color on the website

I bought the green sage color online.When the suitcase arrived, I noticed that the color was very different from the website. The color is light green and was definitely not what I expecting. Very disappointing.
