[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am generally pleased with the overall design and functionality of this suitcase, particularly its lightness and the ease of mobility provided by the spinner wheels.
However, I have a few concerns regarding the quality and design of specific components:
Interior Protective Cover: The interior protective divider cover billows out, making it difficult to flatten against the sides when packing. While this is a minor issue, it creates an inconvenience that I have not experienced with my previous Samsonite models.
Integrated Lock and Zipper Mechanism: I have reservations about the durability of the integrated lock system. The zipper pulls appear to remain partially exposed when inserted into the lock, rather than sitting flush. They seem to be held only at the very edge of the mechanism. Given the rough handling luggage often receives during air travel, I am concerned this design presents a potential point of failure that could lead to breakage, an issue absent in my older Samsonite suitcases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Confused size description online

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time purchasing this item online, and the size description was very confusing. The listing said the suitcase was 27.5 inches, but the actual product is a 24-inch medium. The height includes the wheels, which makes it look larger on paper, but it is still classified as a 24-inch bag.
Because of this unclear description, I ended up ordering the wrong size. When I tried to return it, I found out that there would be additional fees, which was disappointing since the mistake was caused by the misleading information on the website.
Overall, the product itself is nice, but I really hope the company can update the size details to avoid confusion for future customers.

So beat up after one trip, extremely disappointed!

We had our previous luggage for 10+ years, we decided it was time to upgrade and thought Samsonite was a reputable brand. After the first flight, they were scratched and scuffed, they look terrible. After I 2nd flight home, the top corner was dented and and I’m so sure they would survive many more trips. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the product!

Fragile zippers

Fewer than 3 trips with this medium suitcase and the zippers (crown and pullers) are no more.

Decided it was finally time to invest in quality luggage as I will now be traveling quite a bit more for work. I fly occasionally (4-6 times/year), and I refuse to pay to check my bag! With this hard shell carry-on, I will be able to easily bring everything I need with the confidence that it will fit in the overhead. Previously, I carried a duffel, the spinner allows me to easily maneuver around the airport! Also, it looks gorgeous (just as pictured) I got the green because I was afraid white would scuff, but both are great! Oh and the lock...you have the slide the TSA part to unlock (comes preset to 000). There are directions inside once you get it open. Cheers!
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight, Stylish

Purchased 7 months ago. All of a sudden going to the airport the handle gets stuck!!! Goes down halfway and then the right side of handle is locked. I'm currently writing this at the airport.
