Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed because asked for this suitcase as a gift and after using 3 times, the handle gets stuck and the outside is very scrapped and scuffed. I previously used a Samsonite for years and I was really excited to use this. Now I feel badly that I asked my family member to buy this for me and I don't want to use it. The outside looks terrible and it's difficult to push the handle up and down.

I ordered it in color navy and when I got to the hotel where I received it, everything was right but the color. It was black and I really need it that day and wanted in navy because I have the other sizes in that color. So Unfortunately I couldn’t send it back and I had to keep it in black.
