It’s been 2 years and 6 trips after they are still strong. We are a family of 4 and I chose white , we get so many compliments . You would think that they get dirty fast but they really not . Very happy with my choice .

It was black and I really need it that day and wanted in navy because I have the other sizes in that color. So Unfortunately I couldn’t send it back and I had to keep it in black. If I knew there weren’t navy, I wouldn’t have bought it

Unsatisfied with Quality- damaged on First Use

Very unsatisfied on this purchase. On the First use the TSA lock hook broke.
We have previously retired our old Samsonite and purchased three of the Freeform design. One broke on us on the first use. Our previous Samsonite lasted 10 years with just normal scruffs all around which is normal but never had issues on the zipper lock. Perhaps it’s how the lock hook is designed on the TSA lock.
Not very happy about this considering it’s only the first use!
