Spinner Carryon is Larger than most airlines allow

I bought this carry on spinner with plans to do quite a bit of airline traveling and I needed a quality carry-on. The external 23" size and 10" width stated are larger than than the allowable size in the airline guide you provide on your webpage. So far the gate agents have not questioned it, but last year I flew on flights where the agents required customers to squeeze their luggage into the hard templates. I used to have soft cloth luggage where it was possible to do that but your hard sized luggage does not. Samsonite should not be selling luggage that is known to exceed the airlines requirements and marketing it as a "Carry-On".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this one just to change the look as everyone has a black one. I know it’s not going to keep looking like this for long, but it’s fine. Would highly recommend to anyone that is a road warrior like me. Well worth it!!
