Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed because asked for this suitcase as a gift and after using 3 times, the handle gets stuck and the outside is very scrapped and scuffed. I previously used a Samsonite for years and I was really excited to use this. Now I feel badly that I asked my family member to buy this for me and I don't want to use it. The outside looks terrible and it's difficult to push the handle up and down.

I find the carry-on really roomy and perfect for my 2-3 day work trips. I miss having an outside pocket, but the hard case looks like it will stand up well to frequent travel.

Although i have not yet used this case, it looks extremely well made and resilient. The inside is spacious with dual packing capabilities. It is very light 9.5 lbs as opposed to my old one at 15 builds. The only small negative is i dis not find enclosed the directions for locking the case, i did locate this on the Samsung website. I very much look forward to using this shortly.

This is THE BEST luggage I have ever owned! I'm an avid traveler and finally upgraded my carry-on size luggage to this and wish I'd done so long ago. It's compact but magically roomy, light but durable and so easy to wheel. I don't know how I would travel without it!

Lightweight, durable and roomy for long trips. I couldn't be happier with this luggage, I have it in two sizes and use this one for longer trips when I check my luggage or want plenty of room to bring home purchases. Easy to wheel through crowded airports and really great looking too!
