The machine is slow and noisy. Inks dry out quickly and leak inside the machine. Inks are costly. Every so often, it gets out of alignment, and the user should spend a lot of time realigning it. The machine is too heavy. The LCD menu is not sensitive. The Wifi features are horrible (not stable, compatible, and robust). Technical support is not good either.

Wonderful, when I can use it

The print quality and speed are outstanding, but when I upgraded to Windows 11 it started going offline almost every time I tried to use it. I have tried everything I can find online about correcting this, but no joy. It's pretty much a brick.
